Prefinished Engineered Wood Flooring

  • Real wood veneer top layer for a beautiful natural look and feel of solid wood

  • Longevity - ability to refinish

  • Durable factory finishes with finish warranties

  • 3-ply or 5-ply: layers of wood pressed together, with grains running in different directions

  • Flooring stability makes it suitable for installation in basements or over concrete

  • Walk on immediately after installation

  • Installation options:  glue down or floating

  • Easy care

  • Allergy free

  • Reduces dust

  • Borders and designs available

  • Comes in a wide variety of widths, wood species, colors, and styles

  • Reduces household dust

 

Unfinished Solid Wood Flooring

Why it may be right for your home:

  • 3/4" thick (one piece of wood from top to bottom)

  • Nail to plywood subfloor

  • Sanded and finished on site

  • Wider variety of stains and finishes

  • Wider choices of woods, and styles

  • Can be refinished numerous times

  • Very solid and quiet

  • Wonderful feel

  • Smooth, no beveled edges

  • More personalization with borders, medallions, and corner treatments

  • Easy Care

  • Allergy free
